Many people can get their tuition paid for by their employer. I did. Or, I should say I am having my employer pay for it.

2. Get your boss on your side
There's nothing like having your boss tell his/her boss how stupid you are and how much sense it would make if the company paid for you to take classes or get a degree.
a. Ask your boss how you can improve
b. Ask your boss about your future
c. Ask your boss about the future of your company
d. Ask your boss about weaknesses in the company that you could fill
e. Ask your boss....
After all, it will be your boss who is likely needed to sign off on the tuition reimbursement request before it gets approved.
