Many people can get their tuition paid for by their employer. I did. Or, I should say I am having my employer pay for it.
Suppose you did make up your mind to go back to school - fopro or otherwise. How might you get your tuition paid for?
Here is tip #3 -
3. Think what no one else thinks
Suppose you want to learn something that your boss or co-workers don't think are typical job skills associated with your job.
Are you an accountant but are occasionally asked to make presentations?
Would a speech classs - power point class, be called for? You betcha.
Suppose you are a salesperson that has been promoted to management but don't have a clue.
Is there a need to take management classes? You betcha again.
Think about how your company is growing, plans to grow. Maybe they want to expand into China. This might be your chance to take chinese classes or classes on cross-cultural communication.
Chances are I can find a way that any class I might take will help me better at the job
I am doing.
How about you? Can you think of a way to become a better employee by going back to school?
If so, chances are your employer will foot the bill for you.
What excuse do you have for not going back to school?
