Michigan State has eight students studying abroad in Israel...Jerusalem.
Now MSU wants them to come home. Though they are relatively far from the fighting, MSU feels it is prudent to ask not require the students to come back.
Israel and Lebanon are in a mess. It is not unusual for students to find themselves in the middle of such goings on. Chances are they have the opportunity to learn some of their best lessons, if they can stay out of harm's way.
How to stay out of the way may be one of the best lesson's they can learn.
I am not there. But, I do wish I were a student and somewhere nearby.
If I were told to come home, there is not much chance I would listen, either.

I would try to learn that every war, no matter the cause, is not good at all. The most important thing is that innocent people dye every day there because some politicians decided so. It is very sad indeed!
