If having a greater proportion of your young people in college is any indication that the country is preparing well for the future, these top ten have a jump on the rest of the world.
10. Hungary - 31%
9. France - 31%
8. Australia - 31%
7. Poland - 34%
6. Ireland - 35%
5. United States - 35%
4. Belgium - 37%
3. Finland 37%
2. Greece - 43%
1. Korea - 48%
I am not sure, but I cannot find Japan anywhere in the top 25. Something seems strange to me about this...Still, a few nations are doing their best to educate their young people. A generation from now, these countries will surely see they were wise in this investment.
What do you think?

I don't know if this is a good indication of countries well prepared for the future, or an indication that a large number of young people have been conned into believing that a degree will automatically grant them the career they want. Sorry to take the bitter point of view as a recent graduate :) Here in the UK there is a dangerously large of average students wasting their time with a degree only to end up in a call centre or other meaningless job.
