One woman accused the president of inappropriate conduct and before long several others came forward - dating back as far as the late 1990s.
Sexual harassment is wrong...no argument there. But, bringing up an issue that may or may not have happened some 7-10 years ago doesn't fly with me.
There may be reasons why a person will not bring forth charges at the time, but I don't know what the reasons might be for waiting five plus years.
No one should be harassed because of their gender...nor should someone have to worry about a mistake s/he made or didn't make five plus years ago.
Are these women coming forward now because they smell a settlement? or is it okay to come forward years after the fact?
What do you think?

If the man is guilty, he should pay, no matter how long it's been since he commited the crime, in this case sexual harassment, but certainly a question rizes: why didn't the victims come forward sooner? Why wait all these years. I think there are many intrigues and interests in the middle.
