Universities that don't comply will be blacklisted.
The Shanghai Education Commission said that universities will offer an 8,000 yuan ($1K)subsidy for overseas students as well.
Chinese students from overseas wish they could get equal treatment here in the states.
Surely they would love to pay the (CA) $25,000 tuition and board fees for instate students as opposed to the $40,000 for out of state students, no?
It is obvious China is doing her best to recruit students from overseas.
Students who take advantage of this are sure to have a bright future as well.
What do you think?

I can't say what the future holds but I would love to study in China fairly soon to learn Mandarin and possibly get involved in some volunteer work abroad. However a university education costs alot of money and I want to make sure I get a good one that will give me when I return.
