
It usually happens when some potlicking candidate says he will increase or decrease funds that go for education.
And there always seems to be one such type...somebody to get the students out...which, as we know, could swing a vote in one direction.
According to Princeton Review, these are the bottom ten schools that think about elections.

8. University of South Carolina - Columbia
7. Siena College
6. Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology
5. Rutgers
4. University of Delaware
3. Bradley University
2. Quinnipiac University
1. Worcester Polytechnic University
Perhaps the schools suspected or hoped that that the 'l' in that word should be an 'r.' Then when they found out it wasn't misspelled they lost interest.
