
The group recommends:
1. Commiting resources to increase representation of senior women scholars.
2. Develop clear hiring practices for all positions.
3. Consider a redesign of executive leadership roles to attract women and support
4. Continually evaluate progress and maintain communication flow.
5. Routinely conduct climate, salary and representation surveys to monitor change.
Uh...if the number of women and men in the workforce are equal, then it makes sense to have equal representation.
If the number of women and men who are qualified for these positions is equal, then it makes sense.
If nothing has to be done just to accomodate women, it makes sense.
But, is that the case here?
