Atheists Are Morons

A young woman teacher with obvious liberal tendencies explained to her class of small children that she was an atheist.

She asked her class if they were atheists, too.

Not really knowing what atheism is but wanting to be like their teacher, their hands exploded into the air like fleshy fireworks.

There was, however, one exception.

A beautiful girl named, Lucy, had not gone along with the crowd.

The teacher asked her why she had decided to be different.

"Because I'm not an atheist."

Then, asked the teacher, "What are you?"

"I'm a Christian."

The teacher was a little perturbed now, her face slightly red. She asked Lucy why she was a Christian.

"Well, I was brought up knowing and loving Jesus. My mom is a Christian, and my dad is a Christian, so I am a Christian, too"

The teacher got angry. "That's no reason," she said loudly.atheist.jpg

"What if your mom was a moron, and your dad was a moron. What would you be then?"

Lucy paused, and smiled. "Then," said Lucy, "I'd be an atheist."

Atheists are morons? Christians believe in an invisible sky-fairy who lives in the clouds who takes a special interest in an individual's personal problems when they beg and grovel for special favors thusly expecting the sky-fairy to change all course of events in the universe....and atheists are morons?

yes, atheists are morons.

Well I, for one are proud to be a moron.

Umm, that came out wrong

You can't look at a leaf, a catapiller, or even the simplist of life forms (like bacteria) and think for a minute there isn't a sky fairy. God said there would be athiests. I thank Him I'm not one!

If the world and everything in it was perfect, would people still believe in God?

GOOD QUESTION!
DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU MEAN BY "PERFECT".

No, because then their would be no room to see Him work... but then again, if the world and everything in it were perfect, we'd all be in the garden of eden, in which case God would walk amongst us! So then I guess the answer is yes, people would still believe in God. : )

Haha funny joke! Uh was this the same girl that also believes in Santa Claus?
