Cosby spoke at Maranatha Community Church in LA to hundreds of parents, teachers and students.
He scolded black parents for not getting involved in their children's education.
He scolded them again for not knowing what their kids were doing.
He chided teachers for not answering practical questions kids ask, such as "Why do I need to know English or Algebra?"
In the past Cosby has criticized black kids for not taking advantage of opportunities they have been given.
He's also been bold enough to say that whites have been unfairly blamed for black teen pregnancy and high dropout rates.
I saw Bill Cosby way back when...gee...30 years ago maybe when Las Vegas was dirty and dangerous. There was an unknown magician that performed before Cosby came out by the name of David Copperfield.
Bill Cosby is funny but he also knows how to call a spade a spade.
What do you think?

My comment is simple. Bill Cosby is the bravest and most honest man to come from a television background. It's too bad even his own people can't hear what he is saying. He is only providing a message on how every american regardless of color or ethnic background can become successful in todays atmosphere. Its a simple lesson we were all taught as kids, be honest, be just and do your very best to participate in society and dont do all you can to be outside of it.
How can anyone deny our educational values have dropped, our social morals have reached a new low and respect for one another is almost non-existent. I will always regard Bill Cosby as a leader among men, Black and White.
