If they say something smart, "I hit onto something when I was learning."
It is no different in China.
A group of students registered their "Rainbow Group" and was granted permission from prestigious Zhongshan University in Guangdong Province in the south.
Some, many, most Chinese families still consider homosexuality in their family a disgrace.
Homosexuality has a long way to go to make it into the hearts of 1.3 billion people.
One group surveyed 400 Chinese (hardly large enough a sample to get a true picture) but found that 91 percent of Chinese respect homosexual's choice of lifestyle...80% say homosexuals should have equal job opportunities and 60% don't mind having gay friends.
Still...most hope that eventually the gays they will know will sometime become 'normal.' Whatever, that might be.
So, the debate happens again....this time in China.
How do you think it will turn out?
