Female students do hostess work and freelancing for escort services.
Some work the streets as prostitutes.
Others offer webcam striptease.
Of course, since not every student is going to admit to selling themself to pay their tuition, it is difficult to know just how many students do resort to this method of payment. And prostiution, apparently is not a crime in France.
The French police counter with "There are many more prostitutes pretending to be students than there are students selling themselves as prostitutes."
Uh...and...it's still unfortunate that a student should have to pay their bills this way...unless, they want to. Or is it?
