A DePaul University law professor has taken his case to the Supreme court and lost.
The professor sued the FBI for keeping records on him, demanding that the records be expunged.
He says his actions were protected by the First amendment and the Federal Privacy Act of 1975 prohibits agencies from keeping records...he says.![]()
It sounds to me like a phrase from the Bible - his extensive learning has driven him mad.
What if the Supreme court were to remove all records on him? Who would be next and then next?
If the FBI were to have records on all people like me, they would surely have a lot of useless information.
Nothing to hide? Then who cares who knows?
Doesn't this professor have a class to teach?
