For the individual looking to teach English overseas - pick a country - there is, hand's down, one web site that everyone looks at.

When I was in Japan and we needed teachers, we went to this site. Back then it has a running list of 50-80 positions. Now there are nearly 300.

When we posted for a need for a teacher we were often overwhelmed with responsese - and that was for a back country school in Niigata, Japan.

Beijing, Moscow, Tokyo and other schools get more of a response.
