Aren't schools, public schools, supposed to be impartial? Aren't college profs supposed to lay out facts and let students apply critical thinking skills to make their own decisions?
It doesn't seem so to me, when schools are overwhelmingly supporting democratic candidates.
The top ten givers to democrats.
10. Stanford University - 61% of $146K
9. University of Minnesota - 94% of 154k
8. College of William and Mary - 90% of $161K
7. University of Texas - 69% of $165k
6. Columbia University - 88% of $169k
5. Johns Hopkins University - 87% of $176k
4. University of Pennsylvania - 94% of $196k
3. Apollo Group - 41% of $246K - the only one to give more to Republican candidates.
2. Harvard University - 90% of $314k
1. University of California - 87% of $406k.
In the top 20, besides Apollo Group, only Corinthian Colleges (for-profit), University of Arizona and the State University of New York gave more to Republican candidates than to democratic ones.
Is this fair?
What do you think?
