That is what a judge thought when he sentenced two University of Pennsylvania fraternity members to nine months of probation each for harassment and simple
So, it produceds comraderie and a sense of belonging. But, aren't there better ways to do that?
How about gathering pledges and taking a 50 mile trek to raise money together, a going rock climbing together or overcoming some other meaningful challenge together and then calling the new folks "members?"
Wouldn't that make more sense?
It's about time our schools got into the business of making sure the clubs are making sense, too?
