An 18-year-old armed with only a PS3 console was shot dead by University of North Carolina Police. And, his dog, too!

The boy was suspected of having stolen two Sony PS3 consoles from a university student who had purchased the toys for $641 each at a local Walmart.

It was a sheriff's deputy who shot the boy.

Uh...I am kind of at a loss for words here. Who is the more stupid, the boy who paid so much for a toy? nah.

The alledged thief who will never get to play with it now...uh, maybe.

The University police department for killing a kid?...definitely.
