Nevada will play Miami in the MPC Computers owl Game. Each team will take home between $750,000...that will make no difference to the average student's tuition costs.

What I learned today were a few more important numbers...the graduation rates of the students in the games.

Nevad will graduate 53% of its football players - 36% of its African American football players. Compare that to a 65% overall student-athlete graduation.

Miami (FL) will graduate 68% of it football players and 63% of its black players compared to a 79% overall graduation rate.

What's up with football players?

Nothing perhaps, as long as they can bring home money.
