East Carolina will play South Florida in the Papajohns.com Bowl Game. Each team will take home too much money for the group to say...that will make no difference to the average student's tuition costs.

What I learned today were a few more important numbers...the graduation rates of the students in the games.

East Carolina will graduate 78% of its football players - 76% of its African American football players. Compare that to a 81% overall student-athlete graduation.

South Florida will graduate 66% of it football players and 67% of its black players compared to a 70% overall graduation rate.

What's up with football players?

Nothing perhaps, as long as they can bring home money.
