a. number of library internet connections per 10K population
b. number of commercial and public wireless Net access points per person
c. Number of Internet books per capita
d. percent of adult population that reads the newspaper on the Net.
Yep, our little 'hot spot' of Campbell, a San Jose suburb, has about 60,000 people. We have dozens of terminals at our local library, three wireless hot spots, two free, within one hundred yards on our two hundred yard main street, and everyone at the coffee shop where I hang out reads online.
Bay Area has it.
