Two Michigan lawmakers are angry enough that their University of Michigan team lost out on a chance to play in the BCS title game that they are demanding a playoff system.

BCS is not working...blah blah blah...  Our one lost team is better than the Florida one lost team...blah blah blah.

Nope...the real reasons they are angry:

1. Michigan will lose out on at at least $10 million for going to the Rose Bowl instead of the BCS game. Both the Rose Bowl and the BCS game participants get $14-17 million each.

2. Michigan will lose out on a possible rise in enrollment. Yeah, right. I know of nobody who chose a college because they had a better football team, and if they did, it is not much of an addition to the school.

3. Michigan state will lose out on merchandise sales. Now we get to the root...a lost in revenue.

One about sportsmanship, and fair play, and lets just see who has the better team? Nope.

The lawmakers are arguing money. Michigan sits out of the championship game now because they are greedy and sore losers to boot.
