
The president has initiated a five year plan that she says will bring the college out of debt.
Graduate students say the plan will cripple the program and professors have yet to respond to the plan.
Despite a $2.7 billion annual budget, the prez says there is not $4 million to be found to go with the $8 million that has already been lent to the department.
The president "insists the college find its own way out of the current debt by making necessary reductions in expenditures."
That is the right answer. Find a way to balance the budget.
And if that doesn't work, asked the Gator football team for a handout when they bring $14+ million back from the BCS championship game.
