Covering the business of education and training

It's another white teacher heads to a diverse minority school and saves the day flick.

A couple of days previously, my wife and I watched "The Ron Clark Story." It wasn't really all that different except it was an ex-boxing female instead of an ex-friend male doing the saving.

Still...at several points I choked up. At one point I found a tear had escaped its reservoir and was heading south. Nobody knew about it but me.

I was touched....

But then, I am a teacher. I am a writer. I also teach writing. And I have classrooms full of diverse student.

The movie may not be for everyone...but I don't know a teacher or a writer who would want to miss it.
