Not enough money because there aren't enough students let the school's trustees to vote to allow men to enter the college.
Nine R-MWC students filed a lawsuit to stop the action based on a supposed 'contract' that school materials implied when the current students signed up.
The judge ruled 'what contract?'
A second lawsuit says the school is a non-profit entity and consequently would need a judge to rule it was impossible or impractical for the school to continue in
The judge replied "Who appointed me judge over you?"
In other words, the girls and alumnae don't want the boys around (considering the boys will come) and they were trying to get the lawyers to argue their case, right or in this case wrong.
In the end, the lawyers will collect their fees, and the school will change. The lawyers win.
I have another solution. Raise the tuition up to whatever it would cost to keep the school afloat with the present female student body.
If the costs are too high, the girls will soon be hoping for more students to share the costs.
What do you think?
