The student says that whites are copying 'what is cool about this culture' - the killing, I guess, but the whites do not look at what "a lot of these hip-hop rappers and gangster-rappers are growing up in, the broken families that they are growing up in."
The school is right. It is a private school. It can do as it pleases.
The boy and his teacher need to find another outlet if they have a message.
And, I do NOT think it is cool to carry AK-47s and go in a killing spree.
