From this web site you can learn which states:

1. have the greatest percentage of students with parents who are fluent in English.

2. have the most families with incomes at least 200% of poverty level

3. have the greatest percentage of children with at least one parent working full-time

4. have the largest % of adults with incomes above the national median.
