Covering the business of education and training

Some of the best lessons I have learned in life come from people I never met.

I would like to share some of the 'words of wisdom' that I have picked up over the years. 

Example is not the main thing in influencing others. It is the only thing.

There is no higher religion than human service. To work for the common good is the greates creed.

Whoever is spared personal pain must feel himself called to help in diminishing the pain of others.

The speaker - Albert Schweitzer. He was the 1952 Nobel Peace Prize winner for selfless commitment to humanity. He left his profession to study medicine so that he could buiild a hospital in Africa. He used proceeds from his concerts and lectures to equip and maintain the hospital. He also set up a leper colony.
