Whether one sees it as refreshingly honest, or disasterous for someones pet cause is irrelevant. It's news because it is vaguely sensational, makes one a tad uncomfortable to watch, but is not illegal. Not unlike watching a drunken actor in his shorts banging a bongo between his knees thinking he is the king of the world.
