The web site will allow you to input your morning and evening weight into your cell-phone along with the number of steps you walked that day and will keep track of all the data for up to three months.
I wonder if the phone doubles as a pedometer.
Nippon Care Supply hosts the web site on life-style-related diseases and users pay who pay 310/month fee can read columns on how to prevent those diseases, such as overstraining your eyes to read small print on a screen the size of a match box.
There is also a Q & A forum with the creator of the Agar Diet literally at your fingertips.
Yet another function is a diary.
Last but not least it will calculate calories used for all the button pushing you do.
