Mice were the test subjects of choice.... Progression of cancer had stopped when the concentrations of the drug were higher.
Outside...goofball wanted to demonstrate against the mistreatment of the rodents....no doubt.
The drug developed by Nitto Denko and UCSD have less side effects meaning it is likely that it can be commercialized.
Yup...that's it. Making money is the goal.
Nitto Denko can make money....but why does a public university, supported by public funds get to charge the public for its research?
That does NOT make sense.
What do you think?
