Men who have not graduated from high school have had their earnings decrease by 30% since 1973.
High school grads have seen their earnings decreased by 32%.
Two-three years of college - earnings have decreased by 9%.
College grads are making about the same as they did 35 years ago...though down about 1%.
Only men with a Master's degree or higher are making more money now than they did 35 years ago...up 10%.
Get in school...stick it out...get your Master's degree.
What do you think?

I am not surprised by this news Bill. There was a time when having a Bachelors degree meant something but with so many more people graduating from college than in the past, this level of education is not as valuable as it used to be. Many young people are still being told that they need to graduate from college in order to get a job making decent money...I'd say spend those extra 3 or 4 to get a Masters or Doctorate because the competition amongst people with a Bachelors is stiff. It’s the age old theory of supply and demand.
