I guess that by the time 20 years has passed a person can admit they worked for the CIA.
A 1976 Notre Dame College graduate admitted to having been a CIA operative from 1983-1985. During which time she went diving off the coast of Port Louis, Mauritius.
Her class ring slipped off her finger and that was that, until a couple of days ago.![]()
A professional diver from Germany found the ring and emailed Notre Dame. A little bit of this and that, and the owner of the ring came forward with confessions of spying and intrigue.
Well, actually, she just admitted that it was probably her ring.
But, what I wonder...is how many other operatives has the CIA recruited from Notre Dame?
And do other college grads in remote places get recruited, too?
Hmmm....
And what about you? Are there secrets you can't tell us?
I have a few.
