
A Japanese doctor is claiming that people can lose weight if they eat chocolate.
The Ibaraki Christian University professor, (so, he wouldn't lie) says, "Chocolate lovers can still enjoy the tastes they like and lose weight while doing so."
But, there are strict rules.
1. There has to be at least 70% cacao content. Cacao is very bitter.
2. No more than 50 grams a day. A couple of bites at most.
3. It should be eaten in three portions before or during each meal. IF you can divide it that small.
4. The 50 grams of chocolate (300 calories) must take the place of something else - cut out the rice, noodles or potato chips. Well, if I cut out 300 calories of anything everyday I could lose a pound every three weeks.
5. Let it melt in your mouth - the longer it takes to consume, the more likely you will feel full.
The science - cacao absorbs glucose and burns fat, is rich in fiber which also absorbs fat and loosens the bowels.
Additionally, #chocolate combats the oxidization of cholesterol and thus works to prevent the hardening of the arteries."
