Some parents are demanding discipline...suspension or even termination for a teacher who reportedly made 8th graders read aloud highly explicit questions that he had printed from a British Web site.
Yup...America has lose morals but the Brits are far ahead in that department.
The teacher has been ordered to apologize by his principal.
The parents don't care. "Fire him! Fire him!"
The guy may need to be fired. He may have been overly dumb for what he showed the kids. That is not my issue.
What I want to know is why people cannot accept an apology anymore?
What if it were my kid? I would take the opportunity to teach my kid that people make mistakes and that forgiveness can mean more than retribution.
And if the material was really really bad? Well, I'd teach my kid what good means.
