This past Sunday, on March 25, our evangelist ..... was taking his wife, ... from Malkarodha to Champa on his motorcycle. Brother ... has been a very influential and a dynamic evangelist in that area of Chhattisgarh state. He has been working with ... for the last four years. Almost three years ago he married a committed and wonderful girl named ....
... was undergoing some treatment and that Sunday evening about 7:00 they started for the town of Chapa to consult a physician. They rode on their motorcycle for about 45 minutes when they were stopped by three men on the main highway who had been following them on another vehicle. As soon as they stopped, the three men started beating ... with iron rods. As his wife tried to stop them, one man took a big piece of rock and hit ... her forehead. She fell on the ground and died on the spot. After beating ...very badly, thinking that he was also dead, the attackers left. Somehow a vehicle stopped and took them to the hospital where ... wife .... was declared dead. ... was still unconscious for several hours.
When he became conscious he told what had happened. He believes that those people were extremists as he has received threats in the past on various occasions. His church is growing very rapidly. Just in a short time they are averaging close to 300 and having 150 children in junior worship. The church leaders and preachers in that area strongly believe that this was an attack from the extremists.
Another problem is that the police officials are forcing ... to file a different report not mentioning anything of a religious matter. However, just last night a group of Christian leaders met with the Chief of Police in that area and expressed their concern.
We talked to ... this morning. He has multiple fractures. The bones of both of his hands are broken. At least three ribs are broken and there has been some internal bleeding. He is still in ICU.
Please pray for ..... as he is struggling between life and death. The congregation is shocked and our leaders are concerned. We are trying to do our best to inform our government officials and seek justice.

Question: Are all religions the same?
Emphatically, NO!
Extremists everywhere are nuts. And those that cater to them, the governments and chief of police in this case, are equally responsible for the actions of these zealots.
What do you think can/should be done in a case like this?
