And we wonder why our kids turn out the way they do....at least this particular problem was in Japan.

A Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology worker was arrested on suspicion of molesting a 20-year-old woman on a train in Japan.

The 36-year old drunk has denied the charges but the woman said whe was groped more than once.

Her words - "My private parts were groped from on top of my skirt, so I moved to another part of the carriage, but I was followed and groped again."

Guilty or not, the guy doesn't have a chance.

Japan now has train carriages for women only. Soon, the country will need to have carriages for drunks only.
