
This guy is trying way too hard. A third grade teacher wants to encourge his class to read more by having them, well, read...to his dog, the school's official literacy dog.
"The dog doesn't judge if the kids make a mistake, so the kids relax. They sit down and read and get to play with her afterward. They relax a little bit. ... It's about getting kids excited about reading," the teacher said.
The superintendent and school board APPROVED the idea of making the dog an informal part of the school's faculty.![]()
And, now we wonder why legitimate educators get offended when they canNOT get accepted for tenure. Go figure!
"See dog sit. See dog look at you. Read to dog. Feel stupid."

HAHA, this is funny material right here. Maybe they can view the content at the Careers and Education website and teach the family dog all that they have learned from it! Wow, cant help but to laugh at that.
