A 19 year old Purdue student that went missing on January 13th has been found...on a power transformer, electrocuted.
The door to the power transformer room might have been confused for a dorm room door. We will never know.
What we do know is that someone will try to sue to take over Purdue University.
Purdue's prez asks "Why wasn't this door locked?" he said. "I think the university has a profound obligation to keep its students out of dangerous situations, especially on university property. I'm afraid we may have failed in that regard."![]()
Admitting failure sets the school up as vulture food.
The school does have responsibility...but so do 19-year old kids away at college.
Just how confusing can a power transformer door be when you are trying to get into your dorm room?
That question comes for a dad with a 21-year old at college who knows the difference between the two doors.
