In the past 13 years, 100 security guards at Beijing, 70 at Tsinghua and 50 at China Renmin have received college degrees....by studying AFTER their work shift.
The guards came with only high school or primary school educations but graduated and went on to become:
1. teachers
2. lawyers
3. white-collar workers
4. township leaders
5. bosses at information technology companies
6. professional managers
