A weekly sleaze magazine in Japan printed a story saying that a 62-year old prof annoyed his students by showing an Adult Video...which, indeed, there are a lot of in Japan...make that everywhere.

The prof did give a class where he showed a video from the Nihon Ethics of Video Association...to which the court agreed.

However, the court said that students did NOT deride the video. Does this mean they were not annoyed?

And in the end...the court ordered the rag to pay 3.3 million ($30K) in compensation for defaming the Doshisha University professor.

I am not sure what would happen anymore if an adult video were shown in an American university. Perhaps someone reading this can tell me.

At least in Japan...one professor is free to choose the clips he wants to show....for now.
