78 people stripped down and hugged trees, literally in a bid to save a grove of oak trees that UC Berkeley wants to chop down to put up new buildings...presumably to teach students about activism, how to strip to save trees.
Actually...plans are underway for a $125 million sports training facility....nude olympics? nude tree climbing? nude flow planting.
The event was staged by an SF Bay area photographer in an ongoing series called "The Tree Spirt Project."
The photographer had these classic words of wisdumb, "Humans are drawn to trees. They are important to us in ways that can be difficult to describe in words." The man has also photographed nude roller skaters in San Francisco.
If you ask me, the man just enjoys his job...taking nude pix...way too much.
Nobody would want to see me naked...hmm...maybe I have something there.
What would you strip downt to save?
