What about the 40%? Two in Five achieve what they set out to do. Seems like good odds to me.
Regular weigh-ins increase the success rate by 80%? Where's the scale?
Having a plan B for when it rains or 'life' gets in the way leads to becoming a habitual exerciser.
But why do we NOT want to lose weight?
1. "I just don't have enough willpower."
2. "I eat when I'm depressed. Or bored. Or anxious."
3. "I hate feeling deprived."
4. "I get discouraged so easily."
5. "I can lose the weight, but it always creeps back."
6. "Once I start eating, it's hard to stop."
So, which is your excuse?
More importantly, what will you do about it?
Here are some suggestions.
