Covering the business of education and training

Measures barring affirmative action in public higher education admissions and in employment by state agencies have already been passed in California, Washington State and Michigan.

Colorado is the next target of the affirmative action opponents. November 2008 will be the voting date.

Missouri, Arizona and Oklahoma are expected to have ballot measures as well.

Nebraska, Utah and Oregon are other states that might join in the fight.

I'll vote against affirmative action.
