Nobody will accuse Stanford University of not caring for their own.

First..get a job as a junior faculty member at Stanford.

The university will give grants of $5000-$20,000 to JUNIOR faculty members IF:

1. the child is 5-years old or younger

2. the spouse or same-sex partner is working at least 30 hours

3. the spouse or same-sex partner is just looking for work

4. the spouse of same-sex partner is a full-time student

5. the spouse of same-sex partner has a disability

6. the 'couple' does not make $175K or more.

Families with more than one kid can receive $1k for each additional child.
