A substitute teacher should have had a clothes line around her hands to keep her from putting clothespins on the lips of four kindergarten kids...who probably deserved it...but...

The principal confirmed the complaints by checking with the kids and a confession from the subsitute-no-longer teacher.

The retired nurse is going to have to find something else to do with her spare time rather than keeping kindersquirts pinned down.
