This may be one way to get people to come home...help them find a job.

The Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (CSCSE) has launched an online career service to help returning Chinese from overseas find jobs.

It used to be that Chinese students went overseas and stayed there. Not so anymore.

In 2004, 25,000 students came home after studying in foreign colleges and universities. In 2005, that number jumped by more than 60% to 42,000.

The problem, says the website founder, "quite a number can not find jobs due to the lack of information and guidance."

And as soon as everyone finds this website...it won't be of use to anyone because the competition will be too tough and there will be too many to choose from.

Is online a good way to find jobs like it is to find colleges online?
