Pig, hog, boar...maybe it was all three in one plus a couple of more.

The boar weighed 1050 lbs...maybe 1060. It's head is 4'6" around and its shoulders, more than 6'.

From the eyes to the end of the snout...a whisker under 11 inches.

When all was said and done, the hunters expected to have 700lbs of sausage.

The killer, an 11-year old boy who killed his first deer at the age of 5, shot the animal eight times with a .50 caliber pistol, then chased it for three hours before finishing it off at point blank range.

His father and guides followed with high powered rifles ready to fire in case the boar turned and charged.

So...how do you eat something thing this big...one bite a time....a very long time.
