Japan has it, China has it, the US has it...Korea might as well join in the idiocy.
I am not sure if this qualifies as cyberbullying...but somebody is getting the best of someone else and it's been recorded and sent around the world.
What I can't figure out is why or how students can make recordings of these goings on in the classroom.
And what in the world is this teacher knucklepunching this little Korean girl for anyway?
This teacher needs to be bullied, whapped, whopped, clobbered, smacked and punched if you ask me.
And these things go on in classrooms?!?!
