It seems not all of the big players in the fopro industry are hurting.

Strayer Education, Inc reported record revenues, record earnings and a record enrollment for the first quarter of 2007.

Total enrollments were up 16% and new students were up 17%...to 31,656 students from 27,289 in '06.

Revenues reached $80.2 million - up 20%

Income from operations reaced $28.9 million up 10=%.

Net income also rose to $18.8 - up 15+%.

The school also successfully open two new campuses in the Orlando, Fl market for the spring academic term along with two more in Kentucky earlier this year. Strayer has approval to open campuses in New Jersey.

Two more campuses are planned, one for Knoxville and the other for Atlanta.

And all the non-profit colleges said...Amen!...er...I mean Boo!! Thieves! Crooks! How could you? How can you?
