The president of the East Los Angeles College student union posted pictures of unregistered assault weapons on his MySpace Web page, apparently in hopes of selling them.
He was subsequently arrested and charged with
1. five counts of unlawful assault weapon sales
2. four counts of unlawful possession of assault weapons
3. two counts of possession of a deadly weapon
4. one count of receiving stolen property
He also had a military identification, a bulletproof vest and a military chemical suit.
What did he think nobody would notice?
He's in the pokey now on $365,000 bond....and wondering why nobody is interested in buying his 'goods?'
